The hotel is ideally located right next to the train station, which makes it incredibly convenient for travel. The Alpine Style Deluxe room with a south-facing balcony was spacious, modern, and allowed for plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided helpful advice on local attractions and activities. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, making for a delightful stay.

The shower size in the bathroom was uncomfortably small.

The buffet breakfast was simply amazing! Just loved the coffee options and variety of fresh fruits 🍉. The bedroom was cozy, but there was some smoke seeping in from the balcony next door.

the supposed spa facilities were closed, how could they do that in peak season? also, the bathroom was incredibly cramped and really needs an update. and honestly, I woudl have expected an upgrade since I was looking foward to my stay, but alas, here I am, very disappointed instead. just couldn’t believe it!

The bathroom was in dire need of an update. the shower was cramped and the sliding doors were difficult to close properly. Additionally, the housekeeper should replace the malfunctioning hand washing liquid machine, as it struggled to dispense soap. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear my neighbors clearly, which disrupted our relaxation.

The location was spot on for hopping on a train to Zermatt, and the views were stunning. The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team, who kept us smiling. Breakfast was fantastic with tons of options.
